Truman Nelson
Founder, Ferry Pilot & Flight Instructor

Truman Nelson is a Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot (CMEL) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFI-I) with over 1,100 total flight hours, including 500+ hours of instruction given. He has trained aspiring pilots from first solo through instrument rating all the way to becoming commercial pilots themselves focusing on strong fundamentals, safety, and real-world decision-making.

As the founder of Patriot Aviation, Truman also brings extensive piloting experience across a variety of piston aircraft, flying and training in aircraft safely and efficiently nationwide. His dual background as both an instructor and ferry pilot ensures every flight—whether for training or delivery—is approached with professionalism, precision, and a passion for aviation.

Hunter Wilson
Ferry Pilot & Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot

Hunter Wilson is a highly experienced commercial multi-engine pilot with over 1,200 flight hours, the majority earned through extensive and high-performance aerial survey operations. He is proficient in high-performance and complex single- and multi-engine piston aircraft, with a deep understanding of long-duration and mission-critical flying.

A proud veteran of both the United States Army and Marine Corps, Hunter brings a disciplined, safety-first mindset to every flight. His background in demanding flight environments ensures each ferry mission is executed with precision, focus, and professionalism.

Hunter is currently working toward his Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate, aiming to pass on his aviation knowledge and experience to the next generation of pilots.
